A Police Dog Transport Van needed a protective coating that could be easily cleaned, maintained, and would provide a slip resistant surface to provide extra comfort for the dogs travelling in the van.
Solution
The van went to a local LINE-X Dealer to have LINE-X XS100 sprayed to fully encapsulate the whole interior of the cargo area. The preparation time for one man was around 3 hours, and the spraying took about 30 minutes. The textured finish provides a slip resistant surface allowing the dogs to travel in comfort, and good durability with a watertight seal allows easy interior maintenance.
Results
The client was delighted with the final result. Having the van sprayed with LINE-X XS100 increased the slip resistance making it safer for the dogs, and cleaning the van has never been easier. The LINE-X coating has also prolonged the life of the vehicle and given the cargo area insulated properties, keeping the dogs warmer throughout the winter.
